These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Halka app, operated by Beyond The Legacy: Wisdom Unplugged LLC ("Halka", "we", "us"). By using Halka, you agree to these terms.
Halka is intended for users aged 18 and older in India. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement and are registering with your own phone number.
Halka lets you write short, anonymous postcards under a category of your choice, share them publicly in the Discover feed, and react to postcards from others. You agree to use Halka only for lawful purposes and in line with our Community Guidelines.
You own what you post. By posting a postcard, you grant Halka a licence to host, store and display it within the app for as long as it remains visible. You're responsible for what you post, and content that violates our Community Guidelines may be removed at our discretion.
The Halka name, logo, and app design are the property of Beyond The Legacy: Wisdom Unplugged LLC and may not be used without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halka is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including content posted by other users. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
