Halka (published by Beyond the Legacy Wisdom Unplugged LLC on Google Play) is an app for adults. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly permit use by anyone under 18.
Halka has zero tolerance for content that constitutes child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes any content that facilitates, promotes, depicts, or normalizes CSAE or child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including grooming, sextortion, or trafficking of a child.
All content on Halka passes through automated moderation before publishing. Any post identified as containing or referencing CSAE/CSAM is automatically blocked and never published.
Users can report any content directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours.
If we identify or are made aware of CSAM/CSAE on Halka, we remove it immediately, permanently ban the associated account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant Indian authorities as legally required.
